What can you do to get into flow? Here is a possible formula:

FLOW = Committed action + Love

Committed action means that you consistently stay true to working on your chosen goal and keep sourcing no matter what. Being in committed action uplifts you. The more energy you invest, the more you get.
Love means that you come from the intention to give and serve. You contribute with your whole heart and become the hub of acceleration for your environment.
To create flow: do what you love, love what you do, and do it in totality, with full commitment.

So far, preparing the upcoming Master II training (November 17-20 in Sittard) has been flow in its purest form. We have 33 registered participants already, and there are 12 days left to go. We have an exceptional team of co-creators and supporters around us, who come up with outrageous and inspiring ideas. This month, graduates of our recent Master I courses organized the Hug&Share event – a monthly informal gathering that allows the graduates to share around meaningful themes as well as simply re-connect and have fun. Hug&Share takes place every first Tuesday of the month in Limburg area.

We couldn’t agree more. Indeed, it is your attitude – or, “context” in Consciousness Coaching^® terminology – that determines your experience of reality. It is awereness that switches on the lights for you and allows you to utilize the superpowers of consciousnes. A process consists of steps combined in a sequence that is well thought through and leads to a particular result. A process exists and works due to its coherence and impeccable structure. In a training process, all elements of the structure are consciously placed – remove one, and the experience will not be the same. Every detail, however insignificant it may seem, works for the sake of the whole process and its ultimate goal.
A process takes time to unfold. Its development can proceed with different speeds and paces, in a diversity of settings and contexts. Like a flower needs time to come into full blossom, a training unveils its value step by step. In a training process this means that parts of the training create a powerful synergy and represent a diversy of approaches. For example. in Master I we combine consciousness exploration inquiries delivered by the creator of Consciousness Coaching® and Master Trainer – Marc Steinberg, with practical exercises, video presentations and other insightful processes. This allows to put knowledge into practice, test it and see whether it works for you.
Process nature of the course means that content is structured in a way that allows awareness to build up gradually. What we care for is that you really get the material instead of just understanding it. Understanding can only take you that far: yes, you will see new things and conceptualize them, perceive them with the mind, but there will be no real change in you, no movement in your being until you get what you understand, until understanding becomes holistic. Only getting creates a real shift and moves your life forward.
